The client is a leading Indian company in digital imaging, photo retouching, keywording and video editing, serving clients and partners in over 100 countries.

The challenge

Coordination between team members had become a challenge. People relied on e-mail for daily operations: creating orders, explaining instructions, generating invoices, tracking payments, managing documents, updating project status and taking approvals.
