SafeClicks is an AI-powered chatbot for protection from cybercrime. Developed by the Indore Police Commissionerate and Abacus Consultancy Services, it was launched in Indore by the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, and was later recognised at the House of Lords in London as a global milestone for AI in public safety.
Built with agentic AI, SafeClicks works as a 24/7 police assistant. Citizens just send “Hi” on WhatsApp, the web, Android or iOS and talk in text or voice, in their own language.

Who developed SafeClicks?
