ACS built Prudent, a chatbot tool that brings a business idea to production in a day. It learns from what users say, giving insights for more intuitive solutions, and keeps full control of conversational data with no external dependencies.
What ACS built
- Modules – Chat channels, departments, users and roles, media library, activity history and logs, chatbot API, live agent, chatbot management and configuration.
- Small training sets – No massive dataset needed: a chatbot can run with a handful of utterances, using pre-trained and custom entities.
- Q&A section – Users feed their own responses to particular questions.
- Connect your data – Connect a local database for quick responses, or third-party APIs if required.
- Media library – Upload personal files for the bot to use.
- Activity tracking – Tracks user activity and logins; available on web and desktop.
