About the project
Prempt is an AI personal assistant for small businesses, built by ACS. It automates tedious admin work, from scheduling to email to tasks, so owners can focus on growing the business.
It works across channels, including Google Drive, Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, Telegram and SMS, and can interact by text, voice and video. It runs agentic AI flows for job status, sales and support.
What ACS built
- Smart scheduling – Meeting scheduling and calendar sync, with alerts for upcoming appointments.
- Email drafting & management – Drafts email replies and meeting minutes for review, and filters junk with AI so critical messages stand out.
- Task automation – Turns messages into tasks and reminders, and tracks job status for small businesses.
- Client communication – Replies to clients based on the business profile and preferred communication style.
- Website monitoring – Alerts the owner when website updates are needed.
- Meeting documentation – Records meeting minutes and action items in one dashboard.

- Quick set-up: the first phase connects a Google account (Calendar and Gmail).
