About the project

ACS developed an innovative learning management system for Makebot that streamlines administrative, academic and operational tasks for educational institutions on one platform.

• Users, roles & permissions – Manage students, teachers and staff with granular access control.
• Courses & classes – Create courses with curriculum planning and scheduling, and manage online and offline classes, registration, assignments and evaluations.
• Tests & examinations – Simple test creation, scheduling and grading, with real-time analytics and feedback.
• Attendance & reports – Automated attendance tracking and reports on engagement and performance.
• Fee management – Automated fee collection with Stripe, and detailed financial tracking.
• Built-in CRM – Communication with parents, teachers and students for enquiries, updates and feedback, plus skills tracking and recorded video lessons.
