About the project

ACS built a complete property management and rental platform for SAV Apartments. It combines direct booking, income tracking and integration with third-party channels such as Airbnb and Agoda for commission-based sales.

• Channel integration – Sync with Airbnb, Agoda and other OTAs to prevent double bookings, with commission tracking.
• Dynamic pricing – Prices adjust automatically for holidays, festivals, peak seasons and low-demand periods.
